Well…join the Associate Wellness Committee as we show you a fun new exercise a month that you can do at work in less than a minute! We’ll also give you a few frugal pieces of equipment you can buy and keep at work to add a little bit more to your mini workouts. If you stick with this, and learn one new exercise a month and keep up with it, you’ll have at least 12 new fitness tools you can do no matter what you are wearing to work! We’ll be traveling around and asking people in different departments and facilities to be part of our quest!

Here is this month’s exercise…wall push ups!
You can work on your upper body bone density while toning your arms and pecs. If you want to add a fragile twist, use a physioball against the wall and push off the ball! Balls are available at the Agnesian Health Shoppe!
